M1 Mode - Pour-Over Coffee 1. Double click the power button on the screen to switch to "M1" mode. 2. Place the pour-over coffee maker on the scale, wet the coffee filter, and discard any excess water. Press the power button to reset the weight. 3. Add the ground coffee, press the "T" button to reset to zero and automatically record the weight. 4. After adding water, the timer and water volume will start recording. After brewing, the scale will display the powder-water ratio and weight.

M2 Mode - Espresso Coffee 1. Double click the power button on the screen to switch to "M2" mode. 2. Place your cup on the scale, which will automatically reset to zero. 3. When the extraction liquid enters the cup, the timer and liquid weight will be displayed. Stop extraction or remove the cup to pause weighing and timing.

Charging Instructions When charging, ensure the physical switch on the side of the coffee scale is turned on and use a 5V DC1A-2A adapter.

Weight Capacity The maximum weight capacity of the coffee scale is 73oz.

Espresso Shot Extraction The coffee scale can measure the espresso shot extraction time in smart M2 mode.

Tare Function The tare function resets the scale to zero after placing a container on it. Press the power button to reset the weight.

Switching Units Double-click the "T" button to switch between grams and ounces.
